Helping organizations navigate and implement changes to achieve desired outcomes while minimizing disruptions. Keeping the focus on maximizing the positive impact of changes through management and leadership theories while minimizing negative backlash. While placing a strong emphasis on addressing the human aspect of change, including understanding its impact on individuals and facilitating their adaptation to new circumstances.

Leadership & Team Coaching

Using a servant leader and system thinking approach to create a space where the dynamic and purpose of the team can be explored to build a greater purpose that addresses the needs of all stakeholders. Helping leaders and the team find ways to be accountable to themselves and others In my team coaching sessions, individuals learn how to become comfortable with conflict, which helps them engage with each other in a more curious, open and empathetic manner. Team coaching is also a more cost-effective approach to develop valuable skills and enhance performance 

Employee and/or Leadership Training

Development activities and training programs to increase employees' awareness of inequality and bias, and influence how they behave towards each other. Providing employees with real, concrete actions they can take to create a supportive and safe environment for all. At the same time, providing employees with a deep understanding of, and empathy for, what marginalized groups face in the workplace.
